The staff at the office consists of a group of individuals that go above and beyond the call of duty.  They provide excellent customer service to all the Realtors in the office and are always willing to help.  We provide a new agent orientation the first week the agent joins with us to get familiar with the office and all the staff.  We have an on-site deal administrator that is happy to provide exceptional customer service and pays you through direct deposit as soon as we receive the funds from the closed Real Estate transaction.  Our 3 receptionists are very friendly and hard working to help you with all of your real estate needs.  They are always willing to go the extra mile and provide support whenever they can. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful team of staff that will always great you and your customers with a smile, and don’t forget free tea, coffee and water.

This is an exciting time for you as you are starting your new career.  Your drive and motivating in the business is what will help you succeed, where most of the other new agents do no.  I believe that 50% – 75% of most Realtors do not succeed in this business after they finish all the Real Estate Classes.  The biggest reason is that they don’t know which office to join for training and mentor ship, or they are too concerned with the commission split. Find the best training program and mentor that will help you through the beginning stages of building a Career in Real Estate in Toronto.  We teach new Realtors the basic skills and knowledge on the practical side of how to make money in Real Estate.  We also show agents how the technology side works when it comes to Websites, CRM, E-newsletters and also online leads.
